OCCUPANCY & GUESTS - Maximum occupancy: 8 registered guests - No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior written approval NOISE & QUIET HOURS - This is a peaceful rural neighbourhood - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM - Please keep music and outdoor noise to a respectful level at all times - Excessive noise complaints may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund POOL & HOT TUB - Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk - No lifeguard on duty - Children must be supervised at all times - No glass in or around the pool or hot tub - No glass in or around the pool or hot tub - Do not exceed posted occupancy limits for the hot tub - The hot tub is professionally serviced between stays. Irresponsible use (including but not limited to excessive debris, glass, food, oils, lotions, dyes, or improper chemical balance) that requires a full water drain and refill will result in an additional service fee of $350, charged to the guest after check-out. PETS - No pets permitted - Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the pool, hot tub, vineyard, backyard, and outdoor decks. Entry is via a self check-in system with a secure keypad. Detailed check-in instructions and access codes will be provided prior to arrival. The property offers parking for up to three vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not available. Guests are welcome to explore the vineyard and backyard areas. Seasonal fruit (blackberries, golden raspberries, grapes, and apples) may be enjoyed when available. ** The homeowners may occasionally stay on-site in a completely separate, self-contained suite. This suite is independent from the rental and has its own entrance. During your stay, the homeowners will not access the guest areas, will not use any guest amenities, and will not enter the rental space at any time. Your privacy, comfort, and enjoyment of the property are fully respected.**

We had a wonderful stay here!! The view was absolutely beautiful and the whole property felt so peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to relax. The beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed during our stay was provided. Brian was very welcoming, gave clear and helpful information, and was always quick to respond to any questions. There was also plenty of parking space, which was very convenient. We would happily stay here again, and we’re already planning to return in the summer. We highly recommend it!
