While our home is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, we ask that guests respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings and outdoors. The owner lives in a separate unit on the property. You’ll have full privacy during your stay, but we are available if you need assistance. Free parking is available on the property. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. Please make use of the garbage and recycling bins located on the property. If your stay spans several months, we appreciate your help in taking the bins to the curb on collection day. Air Conditioning/Heating: The home is equipped with ductless heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.

You will have access to the entire home and surrounding property. There is a driveway for 1 vehicle and an additional parking area on the road. We have a Smart Lock for easy access.

This place worked out great for our stay. There were 2 of us and it had everything we needed, was new and clean, and Brian was a great host. Penticton isn’t big but it is located close to everywhere we needed to be. We were in town for hockey at OHA and it is only a few minutes drive to OHTC/SOEC and to downtown and lakeshore restaurants. Highly recommend it for an extended stay. It has a good sized bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room — all you need.

I was working at the hospital for two weeks. It was close enough that I could walk there as sometimes parking at the hospital can be tricky. The unit came with its own dishwasher and washing machine, which makes it perfect for longer-term accommodations.

L’alloggio di Brian e’ ben tenuto e pulito, c’è tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno. Il quartiere è comodo, vicino ci sono negozi per fare la spesa e il centro non è distante. Brian’s place is perfect for nurses and working individuals. It’s less than 10mins walk to the hospital, private and quiet. It’s 5 mins to the grocery store. The place has everything you need for day to day living. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, right in the middle of Penticton, almost equal distance between both lakes. About half an hour walk to downtown Main Street. We had a great time here, a great place to start our new life in Canada. Brian was fantastic, communication was prompt and friendly. We would stay here again

Brian’s place was spotless and easy to find. It’s conveniently located close to a grocery store, with excellent bathroom and kitchen amenities—including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and laundry supplies. Everything was in great condition and felt new. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows in different firmness levels to choose from. Brian’s communication was also excellent—he responded quickly through the app and made everything smooth and easy.
