While our home is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, we ask that guests respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings and outdoors. The owner lives in a separate unit on the property. You’ll have full privacy during your stay, but we are available if you need assistance. Free parking is available on the property. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than two vehicles. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. There is a designated smoking area in the backyard if needed. Please make use of the garbage and recycling bins located on the property. If your stay spans several months, we appreciate your help in taking the bins to the curb on collection day. Air Conditioning/Heating: The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Please remember to turn off lights and adjust the thermostat when you leave the house to conserve energy.
