While our home is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, we ask that guests respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings and outdoors. The owner lives in a separate unit on the property. You’ll have full privacy during your stay, but we are available if you need assistance. Free parking is available on the property. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 2 vehicles. Please make use of the garbage and recycling bins located on the property. If your stay spans several months, we appreciate your help in taking the bins to the curb on collection day. Air Conditioning/Heating: The home is equipped with ductless heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire home. There is a driveway for 3 vehicles and an additional parking area on the road. We have a Smart Lock for easy access.

Our stay at Brian's was absolutely wonderful. He was able to accommodate an early check-in for us, which was much appreciated. The place was immaculate and smelled great when we showed up. My hubby, I and our 2 cats were there for an extended stay, and we were all very comfortable throughout. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything you could ever need. We loved the big deck in the back to enjoy our morning coffees on. The location is very central, so we were an equal distance from both Skaha Lake and Okanagan Lake, which was awesome. There was an IGA within about 10 minutes' walking distance, which was great if you're like me and don't always want to get in your vehicle and drive if you need a few things. There were also some nice walking trails by the river, fairly close to the home. Brian was super easy to communicate with, and I would highly recommend his place (and would stay there in the future if needed!)

I stayed here during my travel nurse contract and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The host was incredibly responsive and respectful of my schedule, which I really appreciated. It truly felt like a home away from home—safe, cozy, and peaceful after long shifts. Highly recommend for any travel professionals looking for a stress-free stay!
